Adding to the beauty of the Newmarket suburb, this traditional Queenslander was revived to help a family create the next generation of memories in their dream home!

Working closely with our clients, this home was built to accommodate family living whilst upholding the Queenslander charm with a side of contemporary splash. We raised the home and built-in underneath, providing the family with a spacious study, living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, laundry and bathroom. This area was open plan, stepping out onto the rear deck and pool area to give the family a striking entertaining area that complimented the Queensland weather. The second floor of this traditional Queenslander consists of the bedrooms, main bathroom, ensuite, walk in robe and a beautiful timber staircase.

Throughout the complete renovation, we loved solving the many challenges that can arise when renovating old homes. We are proud of this Newmarket home we’ve renovated and delighted our clients are too.
